AI is now core to AutoGrab''s global product vision. We are scaling from standalone AI features to a deeply integrated, AI-native product ecosystem and we require a dedicated AI Product Manager to drive this evolution.Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing AI Product Manager to define AutoGrab''s AI strategy and lead the delivery of AI features, workflows, integrations, and products across all parts of our business.A major focus of this role will be to establish and lead AutoGrab''s dedicated AI cross-functional squad (involving sales, engineering, data science, design, and product roles). This squad will work deeply across every existing squad (Dealer, Insurance, Fleet, Finance etc) to embed AI into all workflows and customer journeys.This is a strategic, high-impact role that will shape AutoGrab''s AI direction across:In-app AI workflows (assistants, proactive insights, dynamic pricing, guided appraisals, automated contact agents, scenario modelling)AI-native products such as AutoMate (evolving from Q&A to agentic actions), and MCP-powered applicationsAI platform/integration infrastructure including APIs, MCP servers, and model orchestrationInternal AI tooling that accelerates productivity across product, sales, operations, support, and engineeringYou will play a central role in transforming AutoGrab into a truly AI-first company.What You''ll DoBuild & Lead the Cross-Functional AI SquadEstablish a high-performing AI squad including engineers, data scientists, designers, and sales staff.Set rituals, backlog structures, discovery frameworks, and delivery cadence for the AI squad.Ensure the AI squad collaborates effectively across all other product squads, embedding AI consistently into the full product ecosystem.Act as the strategic connector between AI technology and product squads responsible for dealer, consumer, enterprise, insurer, and integration products.Define AutoGrab''s AI strategy and maintain a rolling roadmap covering applications, integrations, platforms, and internal tools.Identify cross-squad AI opportunities and ensure alignment with global product and engineering leadership.Balance exploration of new capabilities with delivery of customer-facing impact.Product Discovery & DefinitionLead deep discovery for new AI-powered workflows across our existing products.Develop problem statements, user journeys, prototypes, success metrics, and guardrails appropriate for AI behaviours.Identify and validate AI-native product concepts such as agents, automated workflows, dynamic dashboards, conversational UI, and more.Execution & DeliveryWork hands-on with engineering and data science to deliver AI capabilities end-to-end.Write clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria, particularly around model behaviour, confidence thresholds, and fallback handling.Run structured experimentation and rapid iterations to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability of AI features.AI Platform & Integration InfrastructureDefine requirements for MCP servers, AI middleware, vector search layers, and data pipelines.Ensure AI be used safely and consistently across regions and customer segments.Partner with engineering to build scalable AI foundations that power future products.Internal AI Tooling & AutomationIdentify opportunities to support AutoGrab teams with custom AI tooling that boosts productivity.Lead the creation of AI-enabled workflows for operations, analytics, sales, and customer support.Cross-Functional AI LeadershipAdvocate for AI best practices across the company.Facilitate shared frameworks, design patterns, and decision-making standards for AI development.Drive education and enablement around AI capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.What We''re Looking ForExperience & Skills3-7+ years in product management, including at least 12 years working directly on AI/ML products.Strong familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector search, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration.Experience collaborating with data scientists and platform engineers on AI delivery.Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex products end-to-end.High analytical capability and strong comfort working with data, models, and experimentation.Experience in automotive, fintech, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS is beneficial but not required.MindsetEntrepreneurial, scrappy, and creative -
