Together let''s redefine retirement living for senior Australians.Reports to: Regional Home Care ManagerThe OpportunityAveo Care at Home delivers tailored care through the governmentfunded Support at Home program, helping older Australians live independently in their own homes. As a Care Partner (Clinical), you will work across various Aveo communities to manage a caseload of consumers, providing support and guidance to access services, and promoting Aveo as a home care provider.
