Compliance ManagerAxiom, global leader in alternative legal services, is working with a globally recognised life sciences company seeking a Compliance Manager to join their Melbourne team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to explore working with a leader in the pharmacutical and medical device space and establish a meaningful career in healthcare compliance.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development and monitoring of a multifaceted compliance and risk program.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risks and identified issues are handled timely and effectively.Support various business functions in designing monitoring programs and compliance processes and procedures to lesson risk.Deliver healthcare compliance training across the organisaiton.Support on day to day management of compliance and governance committees.Requirements5+ years of relevant prior pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience or other experience in highly regulated industries, including extensive professional experience advising compliance issues compliance mandates.Bachelor''s degree required. Advanced degree or other similar certification preferred.
