They supply advanced systems including thermoforming, flow wrapping, tray sealing, vertical form fill & seal, and other automated packaging technologies. With strong market demand and a growing customer base, they are seeking an experienced Service Technician to deliver onsite service, commissioning, and technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain automated packaging and filling equipmentDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform breakdown repairsProvide onsite training and support to operators and customersInterpret technical documentation, diagrams, and customer requirementsPrepare service reports, quotes, and documentationTravel to metro and regional client sites as required (most travel is local and within state)Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teamsManage priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environmentAbout YouElectrical/Electronic Trade Certificate III, Disconnect/Reconnect license, or Mechanical trade background2+ years'' post-trade experience in servicing industrial machineryStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilityExperience working independently in field service environmentsStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and documentationComputer literacy (Microsoft Office and related software)Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindsetWhat''s on OfferSalary $100k$110k + superCompany vehicle, fuel card, credit cardPhone, laptop, tablet, and tools providedWork with advanced global packaging machinery and a supportive technical teamIf this sounds like the right next step in your career, please apply with your resume or email your CV to [email protected].#J-18808-Ljbffr
