Role Overview:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our clinical team. You will be providing in-home nursing care, clinical assessments, and supporting clients with chronic conditions, post-hospital care, wound care, continence support, and medication management.Key Responsibilities:Perform clinical assessments and reviewsDeliver wound care, catheter care, and continence assessmentsAdminister medications and monitor side effectsDevelop and update care plans in collaboration with the case managerSupport palliative and chronic care clientsMaintain accurate documentation and progress notesLiaise with families, GPs, and allied health professionalsSupervise and support support workers when requiredMandatory Requirements:Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN)Experience in community, aged care, or disability nursingValid NDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police ClearanceFirst Aid & CPR CertificateInfection Control and Humanization History TrainingMust have an Unrestricted SA Driver''s Licence and a reliable vehicleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable:Experience with NDIS or Support at Home clientsContinence and wound care trainingFamiliarity with BambooCare or similar clinical softwareMultilingual (especially Nepali, Hindi, Punjabi) is a bonusWhat We Offer:Flexible working hours based on your availabilitySupportive and respectful team environmentOngoing clinical training and upskillingCompetitive hourly rates (based on experience and role)Opportunity to work with clients who value cultural understanding and respect#J-18808-Ljbffr
