We are looking for compassionate nurses who share this passion and want to make a real impact in their local communities.About your new roleAs a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare Home Care, you will be supporting clients in Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas and will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients living at home. You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will be:Delivering Clinical CareConducting Comprehensive Assessments and regular reviewsCare Planning and CoordinationAdvocating for ClientsProviding Health EducationMonitoring Health and Reporting OutcomesNetworking and Promoting BaptistCare ServicesThis position is full time, 38 hours per week.
