Responsibilities include holistic support, referrals, education, group work, team planning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.Our team works together to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed. We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their life and we empower them to live well through practical and reliable support.About You:Essential Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum)Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family ViolenceExperience in social or community work, counselling, and group facilitationExtensive experience working in a trauma informed, client-centred wayHolds a current and valid Working with Children CheckCurrent drivers licence requiredEssential CompetenciesModels & promotes BaptistCare vision, purpose and practises & leads others aligned with our Shared ValuesExcellent communication skills verbally and writtenAdvanced skills in risk assessment and case work relating to Domestic and Family ViolenceDemonstrated ability to be self-motivated but also work collaboratively as part of a wider teamDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders, services, agencies, departments, and government and non-government organisationsActively engages in clinical supervision and line managementReady to turn compassion into action?
