As a part of the Bay Building Group, which has been operating nationally for 35+ years, we have specialised in repairs and restoration to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.For further information please go to: www.baybuildinggroup.com.auAbout the RoleAn exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to give back to the community and be empowered to achieve their best within a supportive and friendly team.The Project Coordinator works within the Linx QLD restoration team providing a high standard of quality service to both customers and clients by engaging trades, technicians, preparing reports and scopes, managing budgets and time frames to ensure delivery within the client set KPI''s.Key ActivitiesProject coordination of small-medium repairsSchedule trades/technicians/specialistsCost management through claim life and handling of trade invoicesFocus on KPIs and client agreementsCollate photos and documents for reports and quotationsEffectively liaise with stakeholdersEssential Capabilities and BehavioursStrong verbal and written communicationExpert organisational and time management skillsInterpersonal skills with an ability to maintain and build relationshipsExceptional multitasking abilitiesAbility to thrive in a teamStrong attention to detailDesirable Skills (not essential)Experience in insurance repair coordinationExperience with establishing & maintaining long term relationships/accountsDue to our business being mostly weather related and linked to major insurable events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times to assist in the increased workloads.
