BD''s Field Service Engineer (Technician) is the ontheground problem solver who ensures our ROWA and Pyxis systems run reliably in pharmacy and hospital settings, blending remote diagnostics with handson field work to fix issues fast and minimise downtime.Your Day-To-DayYou''ll manage the full service workflow for ROWA and Pyxis, which includes server reboots, patching, antivirus/Microsoft updates, device/server log retrieval, breakdown repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and clear case management from open to close.Performing remote diagnostics: server reboots, patching, antivirus/Microsoft security updates; retrieving device/server logs to resolve cases quickly.Carrying out onsite preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, plus performance and electrical safety testing on electromedical equipment.Assisting with installations and handovers; completing accurate documentation for all service activities.Planning and communicating PM and breakdown visits around customer workflows; meeting service agreements and SOPs.Monitoring Service Desk cases, escalating appropriately, and closing issues promptly with clear notes.Providing technical information, setting expectations, and representing BD professionally on customer sites.Following health & safety procedures and maintaining uptodate records that meet quality standards.Travel: Cover sites across NSW/ACT, with occasional interstate trips for training. Shortnotice travel or oncall participation may be required at times.About YouYou''re a practical problemsolver with a strong electromechanical background.
