We seek experienced professionals to join our Regulatory Consulting team at:ManagerSenior ManagerDirectorYou will work across all sectors with a focus on Financial Services, guided by partners with many decades of experience.About the TeamBDO''s Consulting team delivers strategy, sustainability, regulatory, transformation, technology, people and humancapital services. You will collaborate with delivery teams and experts to create and tailor solutions for clients.Engagements May IncludeGovernance, regulation and conduct advisoryOperational resilience advisoryRemediationTransformation delivery across complex, largescale programs and projectsOperating model design, implementation and reviewBusiness performance improvementProcess and efficiency optimisationKey ResponsibilitiesManage or deliver a variety of projects following BDO''s methodologies, including report writing and client communication.Collaborate across BDO teams to provide advice and recommendations aligned to client strategic objectives.Lead or support business development activities, engage current and potential clients, track opportunities, and develop proposals.Assist the partner and senior management with scheduling, planning across the practice, and mentoring junior staff.Develop and maintain client and industry relationships, contributing to new business opportunities.Perform other activities as required to support the efficient management and function of the team.About YouA strong internal drive, growth mindset, and aspirations for leadership.Consulting experience from globally established firms, preferably in regulatory change, operational resilience, transformation advisory, or similar services.Experience in Australia with an existing business or client network in Melbourne or other capital cities.A natural business development aptitude with evidence of an existing network.Financial Services experience with strong networks, relationships, and credentials delivering results to large banks and institutions.Experience sizing engagements, scoping required skills, team structure, and supporting pricing frameworks.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via reports, analysis, presentations, emails, and conversation.Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to team development.Depending on the seniority, demonstrated client relationship and business development skills.Strong preference for legal or compliance qualifications in addition to practical experience.Why BDO?Working at BDO provides opportunities across diverse sectors, a collaborative culture, and a range of health, wellbeing, financial and professional development benefits.
