Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community.We offerdynamic careersfor those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world''s leading multinational companies within thechemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.ScopeCo-ordinate all BDP outsourced warehouse and Transport functions for PSA BDP Customers.AccountabilityBDP Warehouse Customers and associated Warehouse and Transport providers engaged by BDP to perform services.Reporting to1 Logistics ManagerDutiesProcess sales orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS)Process purchase orders into WMSPrepare invoices to CustomersInventory control through Warehouse Management SystemPreparation and Management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for BDP and service provider monthly service performance, to ensure standards are metCustomer Service to BDP Warehouse CustomersInterface and manage local 3 rd party logistics service providers within responsible areaOffer support to the Logistics team as when requiredOffer full assistance to Logistics Team LeaderComplete variety of work-order tasks through client systems (e.g., SAP, JDE) on a daily basisCreating Outbound DeliveriesData Entry shipment informationProcessing Purchase OrdersGoods Issue / Goods ReceiptDuties as instructed by Logistics Manager or Logistics Team LeaderJob RequirementsAcademic QualificationsCollege /University Graduates, preferably from LogisticsExperiences/Knowledge /SkillsExperience in freight forwarding field at least 5 yearsProfessional in speaking and writing EnglishKnowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, CO, Insurance Certificate etc.Performance of freight and related services.Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import & ExportGood Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and WordGood Interpersonal & Communication SkillsPositive with a can-do attitudeEnthusiastic with a strong interest to learnIndependent and ability to work under tight timeline#J-18808-Ljbffr
