We are seeking a capable and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead all plant, infrastructure, and facility maintenance activities across the Wonga Plains Aggregation. Reporting directly to the Wonga Plains Asset Manager, this role is critical to ensuring asset reliability, operational efficiency, and safe, compliant operations across the feedlot, farming, and backgrounding systems.The Maintenance Manager will coordinate all maintenance activities across the asset, implement and lead a proactive preventative maintenance program, and oversee pen maintenance and pen cleaning operations.
