You will encourage children to engage in a positive fun environment that encourages inclusion whilst always maintaining a duty care for the children participating in the classes. You will also have excellent verbal communication skills as you will provide parents/guardians positive and practical feedback.Experience is a bonus, but all training is provided through Recreational Gymnastics Australia. Must be available and reliable to work occasional weekends.Skills & Attributes:You must love working with kids and making a positive impact on their livesEnergetic people skillsEnthusiasm and a passion for developing othersFriendly and open communicatorA result focused team playerAn understanding of the value of physical literacy and the need to be active through gymnastics activitiesCoach AccreditationAnnually updating Gymnastics accreditation**Gymnastics Accreditation is preferred but not essential.
