Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.These roles contribute significantly to providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a professional and compassionate manner supporting the company''s purpose in "Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love".1 Fulltime position based in Morisset covers down to Sydney and & Orange. 1 part time position located in ACT.ResponsibilitiesCarry out the collection and transfer of pets between sites on a daily basisDeliver Ashes in accordance with the daily schedulesAssist the Area Managers and Cremation Team with the lifting/unloading of pets as requiredAssist in vet collections and deliveries as requiredEnsure the coordination of cages and pet placement is carried out in accordance with company policy and procedureLiaise with the Area Managers and Prep Teams as requiredDemonstrate effective and clear communication with compassion and in a professional mannerAttend team and company meetings as requiredTake personal responsibility for upholding standards relating to presentation, property, hygiene, including prompt reporting of loss, damage, or maintenanceli>Taking responsibility of reporting hazards and risks that may cause harm or injury, and adhering to WH&S policies and proceduresOther duties as required aligned to the role''s operational requirementsRequirementsValid C Class Driver LicenceEffective verbal and interpersonal skillsExceptional customer focus and service orientationAbility to effectively manage multiple tasksMaintain a positive attitude whilst under pressureDebbie Hewgill Delivery ConsultantManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
