You''ll design and deliver engaging programmes for children aged 512 years, maintain positive relationships with families, mentor and support your team, and oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging programmes for children aged 512 years.Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and grow within the industry.Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.QualificationsPassion for making a difference in children''s lives and building strong, positive relationships.Experience in childcare or OSHC preferred but not essential.Completed or currently studying an ACECQArecognised qualification (e.g., Teaching, Childcare, Community Services).Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant foodsafety and mandatory reporting certificates.National Criminal History Check dated within the last 6 months.Hours7:00 am 9:00 am & 2:00 pm 6:00 pm, plus weekly admin hours Monday to Friday only; no weekend work.Application ProcessReady to join the fun at TheirCare?
