You''ll work closely with our construction team to deliver exceptional customer experiences from site release to handover. More specifically, you will:Manage communication between the client and our teams from construction commencement to handover of completed homeProvide an unbeatable customer service experienceAssist in ensuring the project is delivered within cost, quality and time restraintsCoordinate and manage jobs to ensure smooth deliveryLiaise with internal teams to resolve customer enquiriesFoster positive relationships between the Construction Team and internal departmentsManage customer or contract disputes in line with the NEX Building Group ValuesObtain occupation certificates and final inspection results as well as other ad hoc admin tasksAbout YouYou will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia''s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
