Solar and Battery Installation ManagerLocation: Newcastle / Central Coast NSW | Employment: Full-time | Salary: $100,000 $120,000 + Super + Performance IncentivesAbout Solana EnergySolana Energy is a growing solar, battery, and EV charging company operating across Newcastle and the Central Coast. We run structured install teams, established systems, and are focused on quality delivery and sustainable growth. We are now looking for an Installation Manager to take ownership of our installation operations as we increase capacity through 2026.The RoleThis is an operationsfirst leadership role. The Installation Manager owns the daytoday delivery of installs and ensures weekly completion targets are hit safely, efficiently, and to standard. You will work closely with our operations and admin team to ensure installs flow smoothly from scheduling through to completion, with minimal escalation. This is not a 50/50 tools role.
