With Bendigo Bank... and you.About the TeamThe Partner Assist Team is a multi-channel service functions that supports our third-party mortgage distributions teams, their brokers and partners around our propriety brand and white label programs.As a Business Development Associate reporting to the Team Manager Partner Assist, you are essential in delivering an exceptional and seamless end to end services experience for our mortgage brokers and partners with the home loan application journey and strengthen our broker relationships.You''ll get toProvide end to end application support by guiding brokers through the entire loan process from onboarding new brokers, pre-submission inquires through to post -settlement mattersProvide expert guidance acting as a subject matter expert for brokers, regarding our lending systems, residential products and credit policiesProvide proactive engagement assisting brokers, partners and internal teams via inbound/outbound calls, emails and webchatBuild effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDue to internal movements, we currently have 1 x permanent and 3 x 12-month fixed term opportunities. We offer a flexible hybrid work model, and you will be located at either the Adelaide or Melbourne Corporate Office.About youTo be successful you will have:Previous residential lending experience with an understanding of credit policyKnowledge of and / or experience within the Mortgage Broker industry is highly describableBanking experience with experience and or understanding of Third-Party LendingExtensive customer service skills with an exposure to call centre environments idealStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.Self-motivated and self-sufficientStrong time management and the ability to multi-taskHigh level of professionalism, ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new platforms and systems easilySo, why work with us?You''ll also get access to a great range of benefits, including:Looking for hybrid work, flexible hours, or a compressed week?
