There are shifts available across AM/PM/Night Duty.ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choicesObserve and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shiftPlan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the homeDocument information including all required charting and progress notesSpend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathyOur Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting.
