We provide quality care in a welcoming, communityfocused environment with excellent local amenities and transport connections.The RoleWe are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Broughton Hall home in Camberwell. There are shifts available across AM/PM/Night Duty.Our Personal Care WorkersAssist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choicesObserve and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shiftPlan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the homeDocument information including all required charting and progress notesSpend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathyOur Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering personcentred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting.
