Our Personal Care Workers (PCW) in Community, Health and Care provide oneonone care to help older Victorians live comfortably in their own homes. They help clients stay connected and feel supported by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choicesWork with clients oneonone to live their best lives and maintain relationshipsAssist clients with personal care or domestic duties in their homesAssist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they loveWork with several clients per day across shift patterns that work for youAbout youCompleted or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification.
