Based full-time on-site at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and logged requests, ensuring smooth coordination between the client, trades, and wider BGIS operations.Reporting into our national Operations Centre based in Adelaide, you''ll work closely with them and the on-site team, providing outstanding service in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.The Ideal CandidateYou''ll be approachable, organised, and proactive, with a calm and professional manner. Whether handling a work order or resolving an urgent issue, you bring strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
