Our family-oriented business is continuously expanding in the asphalt paving and profiling market.Joining us means becoming part of a diverse, highly capable, and well-respected organization that''s dedicated to leading the industry.The RoleWe are seeking qualified, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Flocon Truck Drivers to join our Profiling / BituMill team in Wingfield, SA. Permanent full-time and casual opportunities are available.Depending on operational and client requirements, Flocon Truck Drivers will be assigned on a daily basis to metropolitan or regional locations across South Australia. You''ll collaborate with our operations team to manage day-to-day requirements and report to Operation and Transport managers.What You''ll Bring to the TeamEssential: Heavy Combination (HC) license and Construction Induction White Card.Minimum 2+ years'' experience operating heavy vehicles (preferably in float work within construction).Strong understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations (NHVR) and Chain of Responsibility (COR) Regulations.Day and night shifts available on a rotating roster every two weeks.Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and away from home base to meet operational demands.Dedication to safety evidenced by a clean driving record.Reliable and professional work ethic.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to complete paperwork accurately and engage with stakeholders.Why You''ll Love Working with BildGroupAt Bild, we focus on doing great work together with teamwork, trust, and respect.
