As Billini enters an exciting period of growth, we are on the hunt for a Creative Fashion Stylist. This role will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of our brand across campaigns, e-commerce, product storytelling, and social content. We''re searching for someone who lives and breathes fashion trends, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a fastpaced creative environment.PURPOSEThe Senior Stylist plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand''s visual language across all creative output. This role exists to define a cohesive styling handwriting that elevates every touchpoint from campaign and e-commerce to social and brand content ensuring a consistent and aspirational representation of our footwear and accessories.You will play a key role in ensuring our brand leads in all fashion trends, becoming a known brand to follow for all things fashioninspo & accessorying.Working closely with the Creative Director, Head of Creative and the wider content team, the Senior Stylist will help build and protect the brand''s DNA, guiding how we present product and storytelling in a way that feels refined, contemporary and distinctively Billini.As Senior Stylist, you''ll lead the styling vision and execution across campaign, e-commerce, social and brand content shoots ensuring every image ladders up to a consistent, aspirational brand story. You''ll work closely with the Head of Creative, Creative Lead, and wider content team to bring the brand DNA to life through refined, modern, trendlead and inspiring styling.primary job responsibilities & dutiesDevelop and own the styling vision that reflects and strengthens our brand DNA across all channels and aligns with our creative concepts, seasonality and end use for our contentLead styling for campaign, lookbook, e-commerce and social shoots, ensuring a cohesive and elevated aesthetic, curating looks that work to each platform, with product always as a focusCollaborate with the Creative team on concept development, model casting, creative team and mood direction. Lead the styling concepts and visions aligned to the concept to layer an elevated and chic, Billini handwriting to all shootsCurate and manage wardrobe, props, and accessories to enhance product storytelling, ensuring we have the key pieces each season to give us fashion cred and keep us on the pulse with all things styling. Update this as regularly as needed to ensure it is constantly evolving and staying ahead of trendsWork closely with Head of Creative and producer to ensure critical path dates are metWork closely with the design and merchandising teams to deeply understand product features and seasonal narratives, key call outs and brand messagingMaintain a styling guide/playbook to ensure visual consistency across all shoots and team membersStay across trends, references, and industry benchmarks to keep styling fresh and relevant while staying true to the brandStrong understanding of our upcoming campaigns and brand messaging, ensuring we utilise styling to support storytelling and roll out of key trends, call outs and micro trendsManage all prestyling days for all shootsBuilding strong relationships with external brands for long term partnerships with loaning for campaigns and shootsEnsure all purchases, returns, and loans are managed and processed in an organised and timing manner with the assistance of internal admin resourcesTrain and develop a junior stylist to assist with all styling admin, as well as mentor this person to assist with bringing the styling vision of each shoot to lifequalifications & experienceStrong understanding of brand storytelling through styling and visual directionExceptional taste level and an eye for proportion, balance, and detailCollaborative communicator who can work seamlessly with creative, design, and marketing teamsHighly organised, resourceful, and able to work autonomously in a fastpaced environmentComfortable leading onset styling and directing junior stylists or assistantsA natural trend spotter with an understanding of both global and local fashion aestheticsBenefitsEnticing remuneration packageHybrid working arrangement: 1 day work from home, 4 days work from the officeGenerous staff discounts on Billini and Banbe productsModern office space in MarrickvilleClose to transport links our office is less than a 10 minute walk from Sydenham train stationA day off on your birthdayEnjoy regular team bonding eventsDog friendly officeABOUT BILLINIBillini is one of Australia''s leading and fastest growing fashion footwear and accessories retailer with 42 stores in Australia and a powerful eCommerce store at www.billini.com.
