As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Stock Picker Operator to join our dynamic team.Position OverviewThe Stock Picker Operator is responsible for efficiently and accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stock pickers, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate stock picker machinery to retrieve products from various warehouse locations.Accurately pick and pack items based on order specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform regular equipment checks to ensure safety and functionality.Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and replenishment.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Stock Picker Operator or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.Ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg.
