OverviewCategory Development Manager - Pharmacy Key Accounts. Responsible for developing and implementing the Pharmacy channel strategy for Blackmores and BioCeuticals in Priceline, Terry White Chemmart and other key national banners. Focus on channel unit/sales/share growth, range reviews, promotional effectiveness, and objective category partnerships. Reports to the Head of Category Development for Pharmacy and leads an Assistant Category Manager.ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy Execution: Deliver category strategies for Priceline and Terry White that drive mutual growth and align with Blackmores'' business objectives.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer category teams, acting as a credible and objective category partner.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of category plans and initiatives.Range Review Management: Lead and support range review processes, delivering insights, data, and recommendations to optimise assortment.Promotional Planning Support: Assist in developing and executing promotional guidelines aligned with category strategy and commercial goals.Innovation Integration: Support successful commercialization of new product launches through effective ranging, visibility, and promotional planning.Data & Insights Utilization: Analyse market, shopper, and performance data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and develop an Assistant Category Manager, fostering a high-performance culture.What we offerA role responsible for developing and implementing channel-specific strategy to grow our brand with major pharmacy key accounts.Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products.Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program.Who are youBachelor''s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years in category management or customer-facing roles within FMCG, retail, or pharmacy sectors.Experience working within the pharmacy channel, including Chemist Warehouse and health & wellness categories.Proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated success working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support commercial decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders.Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with Australian heritage and extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
