ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Full Time Compliance Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic, regulated club environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a genuine interest and passion in compliance and governance and a desire to build or further develop a career in AML/CTF and club compliance.The role is primarily focused on AML/CTF and regulatory compliance, while also providing exposure to broader compliance monitoring and control activities across the Group. Working closely with the Group AML/CTF Compliance Officer, you will support day-to-day compliance operations, monitoring activities, and record management within a structured escalation framework.This is a handson supporting role offering strong development opportunities and exposure to bestpractice compliance frameworks in a regulated environment.WHAT YOU''LL BE DOINGSupport the daytoday operation and maintenance of the Group''s AML/CTF Program, in line with legislative requirements and AUSTRAC guidanceAssist with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD), including customer risk profiling and periodic reviewsMaintain AML/CTF registers, logs, and supporting documentationAssist with transaction monitoring activities, including reviewing reports relating to gaming activity, stored funds, payouts, and exceptionsSupport the preparation and organisation of information for suspicious matter assessments and reporting processesAssist with Source of Funds and Source of Wealth enquiries and supporting documentationSupport compliance with NSW gaming legislation and Liquor & Gaming NSW regulatory requirementsAssist with compliance oversight of promotions, loyalty programs, raffles, and trade promotionsCoordinate record keeping for Player Activity Statement (PAS) requests and related obligationsSupport audits, inspections, regulatory correspondence, and remediation trackingAssist with internal compliance checks, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiativesProvide support across broader compliance and control monitoring activities (such as transaction integrity checks, reconciliations, and access reviews) as reasonably requiredSupport the coordination and administration of AML/CTF and compliance training programsWHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOREssential:Experience working in a regulated environment (clubs, gaming, hospitality, financial services or similar)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrityClear written communication skills and the ability to follow structured proceduresDesirable:Exposure to AML/CTF obligations, AUSTRAC reporting or transaction monitoringExperience within NSW registered clubsFamiliarity with audits, independent reviews or broader compliance projectsExposure to financial controls or operational compliance monitoringQualifications (desirable):Tertiary qualifications in compliance, risk, law, business or a related fieldAML/CTF or compliancerelated training or certificationWHY JOIN US?Develop your compliance career with meaningful responsibility and learning opportunitiesJoin a collaborative team that values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvementWHAT WE OFFERA competitive salaryCorporate uniforms provided; Free onsite undercover parkingStaff events, Raffles and Christmas PartyRewards and Recognition programTraining and Development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program25% discount at food outletsThe Workers Lifestyle GroupWe have a proud record of achievement.
