We are looking for a full time Cadet Civil Drafter to join our Civil and Water team at Bligh Tanner. We will support you in your studies whilst you work as a trainee draftsperson and progress toward a civil designer. Typically a cadetship is a 3 year program but depends on the individual''s rate of learning. We are looking for someone with initiative, who has a keen interest in innovative civil design.You will be joining an established team of 6 designers within a broader Civil + Water team of 20. Our design team is responsible for a diverse range of interesting, technical project types.
