Ongoing breakdown support and general electrical work will also be required.To be successful in this role you will:Be a qualified and experienced electricianHave a good knowledge of AS3000 and be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge in all facets of electrical work and a firm commitment to safe work practiceHave the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, singleline diagrams, and PLC I/O drawingsHave experience with faultfinding on industrial control systemsBe competent with threephase systems, motors, motor starters, VFDs, and protection devicesHave strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTOHave the ability to diagnose and replace sensors, relays, contactors, actuatorsHave basic knowledge of industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, etc.)The following skills/experience are not essential but will be highly regarded in the selection process:Experience with AllenBradley / Siemens PLCs (reading ladder, basic troubleshooting)Ability to faultfind using AllenBradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix and Siemens TIA / Simatic Manager for monitoring and basic editingUnderstanding of SCADA / HMI systems, specifically Cimplicity and Wonderware System PlatformFamiliar with VSDs, soft starters, servo drives, motion controlBasic understanding of PID loops and instrumentationExperience with safety circuits (Estops, light curtains, interlocks, PLe/SIL)This is a fulltime permanent position. To be successful in this role you must be selfmotivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner.
