Posted on: 10 November 2023.What is the role?We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Strathmerton team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:Serving customers with a positive can-do attitudeMaking barista coffeePreparing our quality food products for saleEnsuring our store is clean and presentableOther duties as instructed by managementWho are we looking for? The ideal candidate is proactive, has a proven ability to multi-task, takes pride in their work, can bring a smile to our customers and fellow team members faces, and has previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, which is advantageous.What can we offer?
