Join us at Brooks Automation and be a part of a dynamic organization that is shaping the future of technology.ResponsibilitiesInteract with all functional departments to coordinate the Engineering Change (EC) Process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated ECO workflow management, which includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:Review documents for completeness and accuracy.Assign required signatures through the approval and verification phases.Write ECOs as needed.Process all types of related documents through the EC process, including drawings, software, schematics, and manufacturing documents.Manage other internal ECO-controlled documents.Use various types of document viewers and print out the documents (e.g., Drawing Librarian, AutoCad Viewer, Autovue).Assist in filling documentation requests as required to expedite engineering and manufacturing projects.Qualifications35 years in documentation control or related experience.High school graduate or equivalent.Knowledge of PCs and working knowledge of Windows-based software, including MS Office, Outlook, Drawing Librarian, AutoCad, AutoCad Viewer, and Autovue.Experience with MRP systems; Oracle preferred.Data entry experience.Detail-oriented, team player, good communicator, comfortable speaking in a group.Ability to work in a "customer-service" organization.Some mechanical and/or electrical drafting experience preferred.Working knowledge of drafting and industry standards (ANSI, Y14.5M, IEEE, AWS) preferred.Our CultureCustomer-first mindset We listen, adapt, and deliver with precision.Agility and ownership We move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes.Global collaboration We thrive on diverse perspectives and cross-functional teamwork.Continuous learning We invest in growth, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.Integrity and respect We operate with transparency and value every voice.Work Location & FlexibilityWe aim to foster a collaborative and engaging environment while offering flexibility where possible.
