With a strong forward order book and multiple projects underway, they are expanding their delivery teams and are now seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join their growing business.This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled operator who wants stability, strong site leadership, and the chance to work on high-quality civil projects.About The RoleYou will be operating modern civil plant across major subdivision projects, working on bulk earthworks, roadworks, services installation and final trim. You''ll be part of a well-structured site team with clear scopes, strong supervision and a strong safety culture.
