The environment is fastpaced, supportive and built on shared accountability.Your PositionThis opportunity suits a PM who wants exposure to the full lifecycle of projects and the inner workings of a construction business. You will work closely with an experienced senior management team who will invest in your development and support you to grow into a wellrounded leader.You will be hands on across every facet of delivery:Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, methodologies and planning.Procurement, subcontract administration and head contract management.Cost control, reporting and commercial decision making.Building and refining internal systems.Coaching cadets and grads, supporting a strong team culture.In time, the goal is that you can scope, price, plan, build and close out projects up to $60m, and ultimately step into a Construction Manager role overseeing multiple jobs and project teams.This is not for someone who wants to delegate everything or coast on past experience.
