Our primary client is the Department of Home Affairs. The business operates in a highly complex health and stakeholder environment with significant political and commercial implications for Bupa.The role will be responsible for the development, creation and optimisation of workforce planning, data and analytics, forecasting and modelling. The role plays an integral part in ensuring BMVS can be there for our customers in the moments that matter.The purpose of this job is...Leading and owning the management of people resources including forecasting, scheduling, realtime management, and optimisation of the workforce.The use of analytical skills to extract, manipulate and analyse raw data and present analysis effectively to the appropriate stakeholders.Work closely with key stakeholders from across the business to understand the current state. Drive consistent service, reduced costs and increased reach through proactive placement of resources. Real time focus on agent''s adherence and grade of service (GOS).Produce and manage business and stakeholder reporting or presentations.Support the delivery of projects, including preparation of business requirements and project plans.Identify customer experience improvements and make recommendations for their implementation.Work closely with the business to help develop business solutions, translate business requirements into technical specifications and actively participate in issue resolution.
