We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Dental Assistant as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 5-chair practice. You can find out more about our practice here.The Opportunity:Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatmentsFriendly, fun and dedicated teamCondensed 4-day work week 3 days off per week!Heart of Mt Barker Central access to the shopping centreMaintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsTreatment coordinationProvide instrument sterilisationMaintain infection control standards and proceduresYou''ll be:Dental Assistant experience preferred but open to trainCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regardedYou''re a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted mannerAt Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
