As a key player, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing cuttingedge strategies to elevate our brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.Located in our Adelaide office, you will be at the heart of our nationwide operations, driving marketing and brand excellence across Australia and New Zealand.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing social media and marketing strategies for the Caledonia Group.Manage ordering and collation of marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, etc.Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos and graphics, to drive audience engagement and growth.Monitor and manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analysing performance metrics.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for social media optimisation.Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.Analyse marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness.Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.What you will needBachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency/New Zealand Citizenship, essential.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Experience with social media management tools.Experience in photography and videography preferred.Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing.Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel, if required.Full driver''s license.Get ready to make your mark and unleash your potential with us at Caledonia Group!#J-18808-Ljbffr
