Reporting directly to the CEO, Private Wealth DivisionCapital Haus Group & Baker Young are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its private wealth practice based in Adelaide.This is a senior, hands-on role accountable for how the practice operates supporting advisers, client services, systems, and operational standards while working closely with the CEO of the Private Wealth Division.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, embedding strong processes, and creating an environment where advisers and teams can perform at their best.The RoleAs Practice Manager, you will be accountable for the operational management of the practice, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and consistently as the business grows.Key responsibilities include:Leading day-to-day practice operations and workflowsSupporting advisers and client services teams across the advice lifecycleOwning CRM, workflow, and practice systems (XPLAN experience preferred)Embedding compliant processes and maintaining audit-ready client recordsTraining and onboarding new and existing staffDriving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service deliveryCoordinating office operations, suppliers, and domestic travel as requiredThis role is predominantly office-based in Adelaide, reflecting its leadership, training, and operational nature.About YouYou are an experienced Practice Manager, Operations Manager, or senior practice operations professional from within wealth management or financial services.You bring:Experience operating in a regulated (AFSL) environment (preferred)Strong understanding of adviser support and client service operationsExposure to domestic and international equities (highly desirable)Confidence driving systems adoption, training, and process disciplineA practical, accountable approach to running a professional practiceExtensive experience with XPLAN is preferred but not essential; experience with comparable financial advice CRM or practice management systems will be highly regarded.Senior operational role with direct access to the CEOLong-term opportunity within a growing private wealth businessExposure to:Equity Capital MarketsDomestic and international equitiesClearing and settlement operationsFunds managementPrivate creditHNW, institutional, and retail clientsProfessional, collaborative Adelaide-based office environmentAbout UsCapital Haus Group is an Australian-based financial services group operating across private wealth, funds management, and capital markets, with offices across four Australian states and Dubai.
