Side-by-side, we build a stronger, sustainable future for agriculture and help the world thrive.Job Purpose and ImpactTo perform the tasks of Production Relief Operator, to operate and maintain the seed processing facility in a safe, efficient and result oriented manner.Key AccountabilitiesSite Operations and ReliefOperate and maintain the preparation, extraction and weighbridge facility in a safe, efficient and result oriented manner.HousekeepingAdhere to all necessary housekeeping practices required to maintain the facilities hygienic conditionMaintenancePerform minor maintenance repair and/or project based work whilst on site in order to ensure peak operational performance of the production facility.Safety ManagementAdheres to work and safety instruction by taking an active role in contributing to building a safety culture and clearly demonstrates the ability to find and implement solutions that reduce the footprint of self and the workgroup on the environment.TeamA genuine effort to work co-operatively within the company, taking personal accountability for creating and supporting a team environment and showing a genuine respect for individuals within the team in order to encourage an environment of mutual trust.Food Safety & Quality ManagementContribute to the development of a food safety culture and adheres to processes and procedures, and directions in relation to food safety and quality management.Administration & ReportingReporting information regarding subsequent work required, preventative maintenance issues and completion of Work Order documentation.QualificationsTo be successful you will require:At minimum should have completed Year 11 High schoolFluency in English languageHold forklift and elevated work platform Operator certificate of competency or obtain one within 3 months of the appointmentExperience in industrial chemical handling and manufacturing process experience would be highly desiredBasic computer literacyPossession of a recognized metal trade will be a distinct advantageExcellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently, be self-motivated and proactiveContribute in a team environment through developing positive working relationships that are based on trust and integrityAll candidates will undergo medical, police and drivers license checks.In return to your experience, we offer:Offered under enterprise agreementA supportive working culture and an inclusive team environmentIf you are ready to take on a rare, career defining opportunity, are self-motivated and team spirited, then we would love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
