You''ll play a key role in leading staff, maintaining high standards of safety and customer service, and helping grow a positive and progressive aquatic culture.Key Responsibilities...Support the day-to-day operations of all aquatic programs and servicesAssist with staff supervision, rostering, and performance managementEnsure compliance with safety protocols, policies, and proceduresContribute to staff training, mentoring, and professional developmentLiaise with parents, customers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide supportAssist with event planning, program development, and business growth initiativesAct as a leader on-deck, setting a positive and professional exampleAbout You...A qualified and experienced swim instructor and aquatic team leaderStrong leadership, communication, and people management skillsDemonstrated understanding of aquatic safety standards and best practicesHigh level of initiative and problem-solving abilityApproachable, professional, and team-orientedEssential QualificationsCurrent AUSTSWIM, RLS or Swim Australia Teacher CertificationCurrent CPR certificateWorking with Children CheckPool Lifeguard Certification (preferred but not essential)Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in an aquatic or recreation settingBy joining the CHRG team, you will have access to our Employee Benefits Program, Connect+.
