The role involves turning imaginative design concepts into accurate, constructible documentation while collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality, immersive projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed architectural and theming drawings, construction documentation, and technical packages using AutoCAD and Revit.Interpret creative theming sketches, models, and concept art to develop accurate technical documentation.Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges while preserving design intent.Ensure drawings meet building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.Attend site visits to validate installations and assist with surveys and on-site issues.Prepare fabrication and installation drawings, materials schedules, and specifications for themed finishes.Manage project documentation, supporting tender submissions, workshop packages, and approvals.Research new materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques to enhance realism and durability.Deliver technical outputs under tight deadlines, coordinating across creative and construction teams.Role HighlightsWork with imaginative design concepts, including temples, fantasy landscapes, and themed structures.Use non-standard materials and finishes like sculpted concrete, plasterwork, artificial rockwork, props, and water features.Collaborate with creative designers, artists, fabricators, engineers, and builders.Balance storytelling and visual intent with technical feasibility.Gain exposure to unique construction workflows, including sculpting, set-building, specialty coatings, and bespoke fabrication methods.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architectural Drafting, or similar.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-based workflows.Understanding of construction techniques, detailing, materials, and drawing standards.Ability to interpret building codes and ensure documentation integrity.Attention to detail, strong technical drawing skills, and excellent time management.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Experience with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools for complex geometries.Familiarity with Procore or other project documentation platforms.Concept design visualisation and presentation capabilities.Background in themed entertainment, attractions, or bespoke fabrication environments.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionProject Management and DesignIndustriesArchitecture and Planning#J-18808-Ljbffr
