Head of Secondary Learning Catholic Schools Parramatta DioceseCatholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking applicants for the role of Head of Secondary Learning. This senior leadership position is responsible for leading the delivery of highquality learning outcomes across CSPD secondary schools and supporting principals and school leaders to excel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and implementation of curriculum frameworks to support effective teaching and learning.Design and deliver professional learning programs for teachers, focusing on evidencebased instructional practices.Collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistency and excellence in learning delivery and to improve student outcomes.Ensure accessibility of evidencebased resources and lead initiatives that enhance student engagement and the educational experience.Support the capacity of school leaders and staff to achieve high standards of teaching quality and student success.Qualifications and ExperienceCapacity and desire to contribute to the ethos and strategic intent of Catholic Schools.Demonstrated depth of knowledge of pedagogy and contemporary educational practice.Highly developed capacity to lead a team and promote professional growth and school improvement.Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).Current NSW Teacher Accreditation.Ideally 10+ years teaching or 5+ years educational leadership experience.Current Working With Children Clearance.About YouExperience and thinking about holistic school success and learning outcomes.Ability to collaborate with managers and teams to ensure high performance, quality and success.Agility in influencing and implementing change within school leadership teams.Alignment with CSPD purpose and values.Child Safeguarding StatementThis position involves working with children.
