The team is expanding and is seeking a capable Human Resource Coordinator who can provide reliable HR support across the full employee journey.Successful candidate will manage recruitment activities, coordinate onboarding and exits, oversee staff resources and documentation, support workforce planning, contribute to engagement initiatives, maintain training and development records, assist with performance and remuneration processes and provide daytoday HR and WHS administration.The ideal candidate brings foundational HR qualifications or equivalent experience, handson recruitment background, strong organisational capability and confidence navigating HR and WHS requirements.
