We strive towards supporting inclusivity and diversity, nurturing, safety and equitable access for everyone.Job DescriptionAbout the roleAs a Plan Management Officer, you will offer a quality service to our NDIS plan managed participants and support the Claims Officer and Team Leader to ensure efficient financial management of CCPC.Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Plan Management Officer will include:Signing up of new plan management participants and renewal of existing clientsProcessing approved invoices for plan managed participants using the Plan Management System, MYPMaintaining participant records within MYP and creating the recurring setup and fee schedulesEnsuring invoiced items are within the NDIS reasonable and necessary framework and within each NDIS participant''s funded supports in accordance with service agreementsReviewing and monitoring participant plans and budgets, minimising over/underspending and identifying opportunities to utilise excess fundsDesired Skills and ExperienceKey Selection CriteriaRelevant tertiary qualifications e.g. Certificate III in Accounts Administration or CertificateIV level qualifications in bookkeeping or equivalent.Previous experience performing in a similar role in accounts payable and customer service.Membership with an Australian accounting professional body, e.g. Australian Bookkeepers Association.Knowledge of the NDIS system will be highly regarded.Advanced computer skills withdemonstrated experience using databases, accounting software and MS Office suite.Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively to build rapport with clients, services providers, and other organisations.Proven organisational ability to identify, prioritise and manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.Demonstrated high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).Criminal Record Check (CRC) issued within the last 12 months that includes working with vulnerable groups.A valid NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) to be obtained and maintained at your own expense.Eligibility to work in Australia on a permanent basis.Work life balance with flexibility to work from home 2 days per weekLaptop and mobile phone providedSalary packaging benefits:package up to $15,900 of your salary each FBT year, which can significantly reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home paypackage up to $2,650 of your meal and entertainment expenses annually per FBT yearSalary Sacrifice Superannuation payments boost your retirement savingsAdditional paid leave days to be taken during office closure period at the end of the yearFlare Benefit perks with exclusive discounts and offers on groceries, restaurants, entertainment and travel.Wellness benefits including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and monthly social events organised by our Social CommitteeJob stability & career development opportunitiesTo ApplyCovering letter addressing the Key Selection CriteriaResumeAdditionally, due to the Public Health (COVID-19 Care Services) Order (No2) 2022 on Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination from NSW Health, you will be requested to show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status.Enquiries: Tina Swale, Team Leader - People & Culture on 02 4365 2294 or [email protected]#J-18808-Ljbffr
