OverviewThe laboratory led by Victoria Moreno is seeking a highly motivated PhD student to join our team (Our group works with preclinical models in search of an effective therapeutic strategy for the functional recovery of injuries to the central nervous system, with a particular focus on spinal cord injury treatment.ResponsibilitiesThe PhD project involves in vivo studies in rodent models and in vitro studies with primary neural cultures, including histological analyses and investigations into molecular and cellular mechanisms of action. The doctoral researcher will also be involved in experimental design, the writing and presentation of results in scientific manuscripts, as well as participation in conferences, meetings, and related events.
