We are seeking experienced and emerging production crew to deliver worldclass live music, comedy and theatre.Pay range:_PROJECT DEPARTMENTSAudioLightingStaging / AllRoundersBump In / Bump Out CrewFollow Spot OperatorsKEY QUALITIESGenuine interest in live theatre, music, comedy and entertainmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysPositive and enthusiastic approach with a cando attitudeWillingness to learn and support across departmentsStrong teamwork, communication and problemsolving skillsPhysically capable of working around large venuesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAudioOperate FOH and Monitor consoles for live music, theatre, comedy and corporate events.Patch, mic handling, stage setups and troubleshoot under pressure.Familiarity with analogue & digital consoles such as dLive, A&H, Yamaha or Digico highly valued.Knowledge of system tuning, playback and venue audio maintenance important.LightingOperate, programme and plot shows across music, comedy, dance and theatre.Proficiency with DMX systems and consoles such as MA or ETC preferred.Stage & AllRoundersAssist with stage management, changeovers and backline setups.Coordinate with touring crew to ensure smooth transitions between acts.Maintain generalibini of audio, lighting and vision, support safe and efficient show builds, keep stage tidy.Follow Spot OperatorsOperate follow spots for concerts, comedy and theatre shows.Take precise cues and clean pickups from show callers, maintain reliable focus and timing.Work consistently through long runs.Bump In & Bump Out CrewAssist with loadin and loadout of staging, truss, audio, lighting and backline equipment.Work effectively as part of a crew to meet deadlines, follow safe work practices and manual handling techniquesiting.Support the production departments during setup and packdown.You will have the opportunity to work across Sydney''s iconic venues on concerts, comedy, festivals and theatre.
