Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services. They take pride on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a different in the lives of their clients.About the roleYou will be responsible for the provision of high quality and evidence based clinical services including intake assessment, referrals and complex case managementYou will be responsible for coordinating a caseload across a wide range of individuals and their familiesYou will be maintaining clinical records, and report writing as requiredYou will be collating and analyzing client dataYou will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level of care is assignedYou will be getting involved in community development projects as requiredAbout youYou will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the roleYou will have experience in a similar clinical roleYou will have extensive case management experienceYou will be passionate about clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiativeCasual temp contract to start ASAP (pending federal police clearance)Long term temporary contract for 12 monthsFull time role Monday to FridayAt Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
