This role will be based in Brisbane Head Office.The role is primarily responsible for ensuring profitable fleet customer growth and operations within the existing StarCard customer base. You will be required to have a strong analytical and sales approach to ensure KPIs for retention and growth for our fleet customers are met. Working cross functionally within the organization and our service provider will be required to help you achieve your goals, leveraging marketing, BI tools, outbound call centre and other resources to assist you.ResponsibilitiesStarCard customer in network volume targets and KPIs are met via development and rollout of customer initiativesSource new affiliate StarCard merchants including the marketing of StarCard customers for new affiliatesImprove StarCard operations for fleet customers and merchantsDevelopment of a customer engagement and comms plan to ensure delivery of KPIsDevelop management and reporting tools to support StarCard business needsSOX Compliance requirements of the business unitOwns change requests and other projects with our service providerAbout YouWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
