Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), we focus on fostering curiosity, building strong family partnerships, and supporting each child''s holistic development.Find out more by visiting the RoleWe are searching for experienced Diploma Qualified Educators to join our motivated and energetic team in Landsdale as our Room Leaders commencing early to midFebruary. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a brandnew service.What You''ll DoCreate and implement a highquality early childhood program.Guide and support educators in using the EYLF.Document children''s learning and respond to their interests and needs.Build positive relationships with families and ensure clear communication.Collaborate with the team, engage in professional development, and stay updated on best practices.What You Need To Be SuccessfulDiploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care or in accordance with ACECQA preferred.At least 2 years'' experience as a Room Leader.Valid Working with Children Check.Current First Aid and CPR certifications.Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Regulations.Exceptional communication and team building skills.As part of our commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months.
