This role offers the opportunity to grow within a brandnew service.What You''ll DoCreate and implement a highquality early childhood program.Guide and support educators in using the EYLF.Document children''s learning and respond to their interests and needs.Build positive relationships with families and ensure clear communication.Collaborate with the team, engage in professional development, and stay updated on best practices.What You Need To Be SuccessfulDiploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care or in accordance with ACECQA preferred.At least 2 years'' experience as a Room Leader.Valid Working with Children Check.Current First Aid and CPR certifications.Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Services National Regulations.Exceptional communication and team building skills.As part of our commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months.
