The successful candidate will be required to work with the site team and clients to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinating site works and labourers to ensure programme and budgets are metPartaking in site works to deliver the project i.e. "handson" approachLiaising with office team to coordinate deliveries, purchase orders in a timely mannerOverall responsible for the delivery of projects from start to finish with minimal assistance from the senior management teamEnsure the effective and safe execution of onsite works by you and your teamCarry out all risk assessments and safety requirements to adhere with all company policiesReporting to the Director and General Manager on progress, time, costs and so forthBe the authoritative contact for all matters relating to the ProjectCommunicate with the Senior Leadership team openly and as soon as any issues are identifiedExperience And Skills RequiredProven Industry experience (Landscaping)Proven ability to deliver projects on time, in quality and within budgetsPrevious large scale commercial landscaping experience, with a proven ability to lead site staffA Landscape Trade is essential (Any qualification is a bonus)Proven ability to manage labourers and site team to meet deadlines and schedule worksMust be a "Handson" individualNSW Driver''s LicenseWorkcover white cardSpeak English fluentlyPermit to work in AustraliaBenefitsGreat salary package + incentive schemesPotential for company mobile phone and vehicleFriendly and enjoyable working environmentStrong Pipeline of projectsGreat career advancement and opportunities as the organisation continue to growTo apply or learn more about the position please fillup the form below#J-18808-Ljbffr
