Scape is committed to providing the best possible living experience for our 19,500 students and growing.We''re now looking for a Regional Partnerships & Growth Manager (VIC & SA) to drive our strategic growth across Victoria and South Australia.THE ROLEReporting to the National Partnerships & Growth Manager, you''ll lead regional business development, secure new institutional partnerships, and strengthen relationships with universities, VET providers and ELICOS institutions. Your work will directly support Scape''s national strategy, boost occupancy, and shape the future of student living.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Build and manage strong, trustbased relationships across the education sectorSecure new partnership agreementsGrow existing partnerships through proactive planning and engagementLead regional business development and support national growth initiativesProvide market intelligence across VIC & SA sectors and competitorsCollaborate across Leasing, Operations, Marketing, Legal and FinanceRepresent Scape at sector events, forums and industry engagementsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor''s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline.5+ years in partnerships, business development or account managementExperience working with universities or education providersStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation and influencing capabilityHighly organised, strategic, and selfdrivenDeep understanding of Australia''s higher education landscapeAbility to travel interstate regularlyPlease note: This role will include considerable interstate travel.PERKS & BENEFITSAt Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
